Live Blogging the Brits

Good evening lovelies!

Tonight is one of the music industry’s biggest events (apart from the Music Awards of Staffordshire and Cheshire, of course): The Brit Awards.

I thought, for a bit of fun, lets live blog the event. For the duration of the ITV showing I will be posting constant updates on this blog post with mine and my family’s comments and opinions on the event – could be deemed gogglebox-worthy ey?

Do you think that Wardrobe intended the dancers’ headwear to look like snapped vinyls?

Definitely wouldn’t pay to see Coldplay live – sounds bloody awful – did someone ‘OK’ this in sound check?

'Don't start with bloody Coldplay' - Ant - yeah, don't start with Coldplay because most of the viewers probably just changed the channel over...

‘Got tryn not fawl owva’ – Adele (dig at Madonna?) – big respect for supporting Kesha though

Much preferring the guitar over the vocals for Love Yourself...

Wow whoever's brought V-Fest tickets might want a refund - Bieber sounds like he's got a sore throat

Anyone that isn't British must think we're an incredibly classy country, 'I had to wee in a bottle'

Justin Bieber album advert on 10 minutes after his performance - it's like 'here's a better one I made earlier and auto-tuned the hell out of'

Jourdan Dunn looks beautiful in that dress!

Was that a legitimate Brit Awards guest or a gate crasher?!

Jess Glynn - cracking live performance! Beautiful unique tone! Mad how she's just jumped in those heels without snapping an ankle.

Suki Waterhouse! Another of my absolute faves! Just need Cara Delevigne in the house and the dream team is complete.

But of course... Adele wins again?

Ant and Dec do make me laugh...

Coldplay's award should be revoked for piss-poor performance at the beginning of the Brits

James Bay's backing singers ruined that Hold Back The river chorus... Bay would be better without them!

It's bad that out of those nominees, I wanted Kendrick to win - wow.

It really is hard to speak of someone in the past tense - Annie is doing brilliantly

It's lovely to know that Bowie was so positive throughout his battle with cancer, a true maverick

This is definitely the highlight of the Brits.

I'd have probably complained about the choice of singer for Bowie's tribute but Lorde is doing pretty well! Obviously, no-one will do it the justice it deserves, but I think she was a great choice.

All I am going to say is that Stoke's music scene kicks everyone's arse on the Brits - Broken Flags over The Weekend any day...

Feel as though the Brits is dominated by an elitist group...

Florence definitely needs recognition for Too Big, Too Blue, Too Beautiful

Adele's won 4 awards? How?

Funny - Adele is funny, I'll give her that...

Adele's kinda made me eat my own words with that performance - that was lovely.
